By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Confirmation:

   • Once an order is placed, our team will call you to confirm your details and shipping address before dispatching.
   • We reserve the right to cancel orders if the provided details are incorrect or incomplete.

2. Payment Methods:

   • We currently accept JazzCash and Cash on Delivery (COD). More payment methods may be added in the future.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

   • Our standard shipping charge is PKR 300.
   • If the order weight exceeds the limit or the delivery location is in a remote area, the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
   • We will notify you of any additional shipping charges before finalizing the order.

4. No Returns & Refunds:

   • All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged.

5. Modification of Terms:

   • We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.
