Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Charges & Conditions

    • Standard shipping charges are PKR 200.

    • If the parcel exceeds the standard weight limit or the delivery location is considered a remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. We will inform you of any additional charges before dispatching your order.

    Order Processing & Delivery Time

    • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

    • Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location:

      • Major cities: 3–5 working days

      • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

    Order Confirmation

    • We will call to confirm your order before dispatching it.

    • If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, your order may be canceled.

    Delivery & Returned Parcels

    • We use reliable courier services for nationwide delivery.

    • Customers are responsible for being available to receive their parcels and providing accurate contact and delivery information.

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or any other issue caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-dispatch shipping charges.

    • Any returned order that needs to be dispatched again will require advance payment of the applicable re-dispatch charges before the parcel is shipped again.

    • Customers who have previously returned or refused an order may also be required to make advance payment for future orders before dispatch.
