Shipping policy

1. Shipping Charges & Conditions:

   • Standard shipping charge: PKR 200.
   • If the weight exceeds standard limits or the delivery location is in a remote area, shipping charges may increase. We will notify you before dispatching the order.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time:

   • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
   • Delivery time varies based on location:
     • Major cities: 3-5 working days.
     • Remote areas: 5-7 working days.

3. Order Confirmation:

   • We will call to confirm the order before shipping. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

4. Delivery Partner:

   • We use reliable courier services for nationwide delivery.

We love serving you! However, customers who have previously returned orders will be requested to confirm future orders with advance payment.
